This error usualy comes on Mac after updating to OS 10.14 Mojave.
Solution – reinstall printer drivers to most new version.

Also if You have other Laptop or PC with NOT Mojave version – try to connect printer to that computer and check if error occures.

If – NO – that means problem is in Mojave firmware.

If – Yes – You have to upload chiplesss firmware – Follow Step by Step Tutorial to make your printer chipless
